If you're having trouble falling asleep, try the following;

Find a comfortable position on your bed and affirm three times: "I am calm, I am serene, I am peaceful." Take a deep, slow breath in for a count of four. Gently hold the breath for four counts, then slowly exhale for four counts. Hold the breath for another four counts, and then release. Repeat this process as many times as you find soothing.
